| Decadence... In moderation. In this wine, you will experience the fruit forward power and concentration that has made Napa synonymous with Cabernet. We balance this new world fruit
with old world wine making, using mostly neutral French oak
barrels and minimal oxygenation. This results in a wine full of
ripe plum and cassis, with hints of caramel and vanilla. The
finish is long, and supported by smooth, fine-grained tannins.

| Our inaugural vintage of Central Coast Pinot Noir has aromas of bright cherry with hints of fresh, ripe strawberry and cream.
Your first taste of this wine may bring to mind the tart, yet sweet nature of a caramel covered Granny smith apple. Spicy aromas and flavors of clove and nutmeg add further complexity. Light tannins and bright acid frame this wine. The clean finish is accented with a hint of toasted vanilla.
