Eight years later, the unpretentious storefront still stands out as one of Yorba Linda's better options for clued-in cuisine. In fact, the now-seasoned operation seems to get better with each passing year!"

All of us at Judd's Hill are excited to be a part of this event with one of our longstanding supporters.  This dinner will feature food prepared by chef James D'Aquila to be paired with the following Judd's Hill wines:

Tony’s Thai Soup- Not to be confused with, “Excuse me waiter, there is a tie in my soup!” Our latest version of a seafood composition starting with a rich seafood stock delicately played along with coconut milk, thin sliced ginger, chopped garlic, sliced shiitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, jalapenos, and cilantro. Joining in the piece for extra embellishment, you just might find some calamari, some white shrimp, black mussels, and fish along with bean sprouts and some noodles that could be mistaken for a string of Thai notes tied with citrus!

Jack’s Roasted Stuffed Roulade of Rabbit- Now I know Jack about rabbit, but this one will surely please. Marinated whole rabbits deboned and tied in a galantine fashion filled with a walnutty wild rice and golden raisin herbed bread stuffing. With good memory the rabbit is heartily roasted then sliced and served over a creamy Swiss polenta with a Jacked up minted blackberry duck sauce

Coffee rubbed Hanger Steak with Cool creativity- Out of the black iron skillet fire, and into the bowl, this steak won’t leave you hanging, Sliced hanger steak served atop homemade coffee fettuccini with a dark chocolate infused brown sauce with roasted red pepper and goat cheese stuffed mushrooms
