This Sauvignon Blanc possesses notes of grapefruit, citrus pith, and Granny Smith apple. The flavor is crisp and lean, with a zippy, citrus finish. Chilled, this wine is a perfect pairing with oysters on the half shell or a seafood salad.
The Meadowlark Vineyard in the Carneros District of Sonoma is the source for our 2014 Chardonnay. Planted to Martini and Dijon Clones, this twenty-three-year-old, eastern-facing vineyard produces Chardonnay grapes that balance old world brightness and minerality with new world fruit and concentration.
Aromas of green caramel apple and pear preserve continue as flavors onto the palate and are accented by baking spice notes at first sip. Flavors of spiced apple and creme brulee unfold into the lengthy finish.
Our 2015 Viognier is full of the floral aromas and stonefruit flavors that make this varietal one of our favorites. In contrast to previous vintages that spent time in stainless steel, this year's vintage was 100% barrel fermented and aged exclusively in neutral French oak barrels. The result is a bright and fruity wine with satisfying palate-weight and a textured mouthfeel. If you've enjoyed our past offerings, you'll love this Viognier!
This exotic dessert wine was made from Roussanne that was left to hang on the vine until mid November. Ideal conditions allowed for the growth of Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the fruit and concentrates its sugars. The end result is a wine rich with aromas of honey-suckle leading to layer upon layer of dried apricot balanced by crisp citrus.
