Our NVX Rose is a saignee blend of Zinfandel (46%), Syrah (36%) and Pinot Noir (18%) that was fermented slowly over 30 days. Whole berries were added to the saignee prior to fermentation to extract additional body and fruit character. Similar to our 2013 Black Label Mourvedre Rose, this wine was fermented with native yeasts, is wildly expressive, and a must-have for your holiday dinner table. The bottle's floral label is reminiscent of water lillies and foreshadows the lively and expressive flavors of the wine within. Only 32 cases of this very special wine were bottled.
To enjoy at its best, serve NVX at cellar temperature, no cooler than 55 degrees.
