Grape clusters were harvested by hand at night and cold soaked for 5 days. The berries were lightly pressed then fermented dry in open top tanks. This process allows extraction of color, structure and flavor. If you are a bold-fruit wine lover, this is the wine for you. Indian food with its spicy curries and powerful flavors will do the trick.
