This exotic dessert wine was made from Roussanne that was left to hang on the vine until mid November. Ideal conditions allowed for the growth of Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the fruit and concentrates its sugars. The end result is a wine rich with aromas of honey-suckle leading to layer upon layer of dried apricot balanced by crisp citrus.

Three vineyards contributed to our Tardy Harvest Roussanne, all with their own distinct terroir to form this perfectly balanced Late Harvest wine. Although most of the fruit comes from the Sierra Foothills, two vineyards in the Napa Valley provide the small amounts of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier blended into this wine.
